Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and restrictions that apply to your use of the SeedDream platform and services. By using SeedDream, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from using SeedDream to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following types of content:

NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content: Any sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content, including but not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or erotic material — whether real or AI-generated
Explicit or graphic content: Depictions of extreme violence, gore, self-harm, or other disturbing imagery
Child exploitation: Any content that exploits or harms minors in any way, including AI-generated depictions
Deepfake or face-swap content: Any content that manipulates or swaps the faces of real individuals without their explicit consent
Hate speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
Harassment or bullying: Content that targets, intimidates, degrades, or incites harm against specific individuals
Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws, including but not limited to content related to illegal drugs, weapons, terrorism, or fraud
Deceptive content: Content designed to mislead, defraud, or impersonate real individuals or organizations
Infringing content: Content that violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties

Zero Tolerance for NSFW and Harmful Content

SeedDream maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward NSFW, explicit, and sexually suggestive content generation. This includes:

Prompts intended to generate nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive imagery
Attempts to bypass content filters or moderation systems
Using the service to generate "uncensored," "no filter," "unfiltered," or "18+" content
Any attempt to generate deepfake or non-consensual intimate imagery

Our AI content moderation system screens all prompts before generation. Prompts that are flagged or denied by our moderation system will not be processed. Attempting to circumvent moderation is a violation of this policy.

User Responsibilities

As a user of SeedDream, you are responsible for:

Ensuring that all prompts and reference images you submit comply with this AUP
Reviewing, validating, and verifying all AI-generated content before distribution or publication
Obtaining appropriate rights and consents for any reference images or materials you upload
Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Reporting any violations of this policy that you become aware of

Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

Warning: A formal notice regarding the violation
Content removal: Removal of generated content that violates this policy
Account suspension: Temporary suspension of your account and access
Account termination: Permanent termination of your account
Legal action: Referral to law enforcement or legal proceedings where appropriate

The severity of the enforcement action will depend on the nature and severity of the violation. We reserve the right to take immediate action without prior warning for serious violations.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. It should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying all generated content before use. SeedDream makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
