• Right of access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, such as your account information, generation history, uploaded reference images, and credit and order records.
• Right to rectification: You can correct inaccurate or incomplete data. You can update your name in Settings > Profile, or ask us to correct anything else.
• Right to erasure: You can ask us to delete your personal data and your account (see "Deleting Your Account" below).
• Right to restrict processing: You can ask us to limit how we use your data, for example while we check a correction you requested.
• Right to data portability: You can ask for your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (such as JSON or CSV) so you can move it to another service.
• Right to object: You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including the use of your data to analyze and improve our services.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where we rely on your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies), you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

How to Make a Request

Email support@seeddream.ai from the email address linked to your SeedDream account, with the subject line "Data Request", and tell us which right you want to exercise. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request. We respond within 30 calendar days of receiving a verified request. If a request is especially complex, we may extend this by up to a further 60 days; if so, we will tell you within the first 30 days and explain why. Requests are free of charge, unless they are clearly unfounded or excessive.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account yourself at any time in Settings > Security > Delete Account; the deletion takes effect immediately. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Settings > Billing first. You can also ask us to delete it: email support@seeddream.ai from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion". After verifying your identity, we will delete your account within 30 calendar days. This includes your profile, generation history, uploaded reference images, generated images and videos, and API keys. Account deletion is permanent: deleted content and any unused credits cannot be restored. We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it (for example, transaction records needed for tax and accounting), and only for as long as required.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country or region.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this privacy policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this privacy policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
